Our prices are the lowest in the industry for promo bags. In fact we are a direct printing and manufacturing connection to you, the distributor. We are able to offer low minimum print orders of 250.

Please include a previously Vectored PDF of your artwork for your bags.
If you do not have vectored artwork, or can’t get vectored artwork. We can help you get that done. We work closely with all our distributors and provide personalized service. Your success is our success! Please read our Frequently Asked Questions Page for great answers to your common bag ordering questions.
In any case submitted artwork will be analyzed by our art department to see if has first been vectored and saved as a PDF.
Request An ASI, SAGE, PPAI quote after viewing our list of bag sizes and imprint colors. All our ECONO BAGS™ are made from recyclable plastic materials and are the most popular bag sizes in the industry based on previous client requests and industry research.
We have put together a standard list of standard sizes that should suit all your clients needs and purposes.
Production time: Production Time is currently at 5 days after virtual bag proof approval on all standard products, not including weekends or holidays. This does not include shipping time. Shipping usually 3-4 days. Please allow for shipping times. Production time begins once your approve your virtual bag proof. During peak production periods, extended production times may be required due to production capacity. All production is scheduled as it comes in and you will not jump the line. Extra production time will be needed if your order is larger-than-catalog quantities (5000) plus. Please email or call to inquiry about additional production times.
We Require That Orders Be By Email or Fax (@ 1-888-227-9011). We prefer email though. Please Email Your PO with attached vectored artwork to firstname.lastname@example.org
Artwork will have to be emailed separately if you choose to fax an order in. (they still fax?) Please include a Vectored PDF . Need your artwork vectored but don’t know how? Email us about that and we should be able to work something out. We follow up with all PO’s by email, phone call. For accurate service, please include the following on your purchase order:
- Imprint color, bag color (white or clear) bag size and quantity. Company information. Your membership/association # ( ASI, SAGE, PPAI etc. number ) All bag product numbers start with BAG- , like BAG-1215 , 12 is the width of the bags and 15 is the length of the bags. All have die cut handles.
- Imprint color. Use our 30+ color chart PMS codes. We do not custom mix PMS color matching. If we did we would have thousands of cans of ink laying around used maybe once. But our imprint colors are the most popular ones. And we are sure you will find a suitable imprint color.
Attach your previously vectored artwork to your PO.
- Your requested in-hands date, ship to address ( allow enough time for printing and shipping ) If you have an event you are trying to meet. You must indicate that on your order and we will see if we can meet the time frame. If not, we will email you back indicating that the time frame can not be met. Production work load fluctuates weekly. And all work gets scheduled in as it comes in. We check In Hands Dates on PO’s
Shipping and Handling
Once your payment for recent bag production is processed and cleared We then ship your bags USPS Ground, UPS MI Ground Within the USA, FOB from 98230, WA State (3-4 days shipping on average any state). We do not provide overnight or rush. So check your calendars before ordering. 5 production days, not including weekends or holidays before ship out. We’ve given you fast production times. We ask in return that you give yourself enough delivery time.
We no longer use 3rd party accounts, due to charge back frauds. We can also blind ship to your customer.
Please reference your most recent purchase order number and/or ECONO BAGS job number plus a description of what was printed on the bag you last ordered. Your printing plates are kept on file with us for up to three years to the month of your last order. After 3 years you may need a new printing plate and we will let you know. You are not charged for printing plates if you ordered from us in the past and we still have the printing plates on file.
ECONO BAGS acknowledges every order by email or fax only. Please read this carefully and contact us immediately with discrepancies. Any changes made to any order after receipt must be confirmed in writing and may incur additional charges.
Payment Information / Credit Policy
We send you a PayPal link to make a Pre-Payment before shipping out. This is also your invoice to make payment. Once processed, your bag production order will ship.
All orders MUST BE PRE-PAID before shipping out. You can also request terms of 30 days net. But request this before production takes place. ECONO BAGS builds relationships within the Promotional Advertising Industry. As your relationship with us grows, so will your term times 🙂
You DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay your invoice. Just a valid credit card. FOLLOW THE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS ON YOUR EMAILED INVOICE (bottom left corner) We DO NOT take payment over the phone. Our way is safer, more secure, reliable and faster. (You’re still mailing checks?)
About Terms With Econo Bags / Our Credit Policy
We provide terms for repeat orders upon conditions acceptance. You will still receive a PayPal invoice payment request. Distributors/Agencies who ask for and receive terms for payment are able to send a check. If you have not been assigned a check condition status then pre-payment is necessary.
Rush Service: Rush orders are not available; All bag production is scheduled in as the orders come in. But our production time and time of ship out is one of the fastest in the industry for bag creation, however, we can sometimes accommodate tight deadlines depending on production scheduling. We have tight production schedules we stick to. Did we mention order early?
Submitting Orders: When submitting a formal order use EMAIL, ASI, SAGE, PPAI not this site , this website is for quotes only, add the size of bag, bag code CBD- XXXX?, quantity, , imprint color, your requested in-hands date if you have one, as well as the shipping address. Do not send credit card info. You will be billed electronically by email.
Proofs are required on all first time orders. No cost to our customers.
Ink colors We have over 30 stock colors available. Check our ink chart page for ideas. We add more from time to time. And we drop colors from time to time.
PMS Match: PMS Matching is available for $88(g) on orders over 10,000 bags. We do not custom PMS match on orders below that quantity
Plate/Setup Charges: One Plate is required per color. We can print up to 2 colors one side only. Or 1 color one side only. Plate Charges apply only on your first order assuming artwork does not change on next re-order. Or your bag is smaller than a larger bag printing plate from the last order. There can be no screens, shading or if 2 colors, tight registration between colors less than 3 pts. If less than or tight color registration it will be necessary for you to create trapping between colors.
Artwork: We require vectored PDF artwork. Please note that our mandatory format is vectored artwork that is then saved as a PDF with all fonts converted to curves. Do not include bitmaps in your PDF. If in a bind, we can vector artwork in some cases.
Over Runs / Under Runs: We have an Over/Under run policy of 5%. While we never plan for over runs or under runs sometimes things happen during production that cannot be avoided.
Product Variations :The actual size, thickness, and imprint color/size may vary slightly when actually produced.
Cancellation: If an order must be canceled during production, you will be billed for the amount of production that has taken place. This will include a printing plate charge.
Only non-printed bags may be returned. ECONO BAGS must be notified within 30 days of invoice date and a Return Merchandise Authorization number must be assigned by our Billing Department. A 20% restocking fee applies as well as all original freight and return freight charges.
Samples: Generic sample bags can be provided upon request and will ship USPS. Samples are sent within 2 days of a sample request. Samples will have a past client’s logo, slogans, artwork etc. on the sample bags. Part of our recycling program.
Pricing: Our prices through ASI, SAGE, PPAI are confirmed. Those are the current prices. But email us for a firmer quote. NQPricing is sometimes in effect.
Credit Policy: ECONO BAGS requires payment upfront before the order ships. Terms are available but subject to approval by ECONO BAGS. As your relationship with Econo Bags grows. So will your term times.
