Who does EconoBags.com print and make bags for? : EconoBags.com only supplies ASI distributors with their bag orders. Our distributors count on us to get their orders filled by their in hands date after approvals.

Production time:
  Production Time is currently at 7 days on all standard products. This does not include shipping time. Please allow for shipping times. Production time begins after your artwork and credit are approved. During peak production periods, extended production times may be required due to production capacity. Extra production time will be needed if you order larger-than-catalog quantities or multiple print colors. Please call to inquiry  about additional production times.

Ordering Information

All orders must be received by email or fax. Purchase orders may be sent to orders@econobags.com. Please include a PDF or JPG hard-copy layout that specifies how your design should appear on the bag. No phone orders are accepted. And we follow up with all PO’s by email, phone call or fax. For accurate service, please include the following on your purchase order:

  1. Bag style, color, size and quantity
  2. Imprint location, and color. Use our color chart PMS codes
  3. Your requested in-hands date, ship address, and ship method ( allow enough time for printing and shipping )

Shipping and Handling:
We ship within USA  FOB from WA, 98230
We ship within Canada for Canadian orders FOB BC, V6W 1J9

Buyers can use their shipping account to ship from us at no extra costs. Buyers can use our shipping with extra costs. 


Please reference your most recent purchase order number and/or EconoBags.com job number. Your printing plates are kept on file with us for three years to the month of your last order.


EconoBags.com acknowledges every order in writing. Please read this carefully and contact us immediately with discrepancies. Any changes made to any order after receipt must be confirmed in writing and may incur additional charges.

Credit Policy

For new accounts, and in most instances it will be necessary for new orders to be pre-paid. Orders will not ship without credit approval or prepayment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We will send you a request for payment before printing. Terms for repeat orders upon conditions acceptance.

Rush Service: Rush orders are not available; however, we can sometimes accommodate tight deadlines. Email us if you have a rush order and we will let you know if we can help.

Submitting Orders: When submitting an order please use ASI , add the product code, quantity, imprint size, imprint color, your in-hands date, as well as the shipping address.

Proofs are required on all first time orders.

Ink colors We have 36 stock colors available. Check our ink chart page for ideas

PMS Match: PMS Matching is available for $60(g) on all orders over 3,000 bags.

Plate/Setup Charges:  One Plate is required per color.  We can do up to 2 colors one side only. Or 1 color one side only. Plate Charges apply only on your first order assuming artwork does not change

Artwork:  We accept EPS, AI, CDR, CMX and PDF as our formats for accepting artwork.  Please note that our preferred format is a vectorized PDF with all fonts converted to curves. Do not include bitmaps in your PDF.

Bitmap art will require special handling and extra charges are involved. Note 1: If exporting from Mac you must ensure compatibility with PC. Note 2: We can produce/modify artwork (with some exceptions), however additional charges will apply and are quoted separately.

Proofs: Press proof: $150.00 (net) plus plate costs.Standard production time is required following proof approval 

Over Runs / Under Runs: We have an Over/Under run policy of 10%.  While we never plan for over runs or under runs sometimes things happen during production that cannot be avoided.

Product Variations :The actual size, thickness, and imprint color/size may vary slightly when actually produced. 

Cancellation: If an order must be canceled during production, you will be billed for the amount of production that has taken place.

Claims/Return Policy

Only unimprinted bags may be returned. EconoBags.com must be notified within 30 days of invoice date and a Return Merchandise Authorization number must be assigned by our Billing Department. A 20% restocking fee applies as well as all original freight and return frieght charges.

Samples: Generic sample bags can be provided upon request and will ship USPS  or Canada Post unless a company account is provided.  Samples are sent within 2 days of a sample request.

Pricing: Our prices through ASI are confirmed. Those are the current prices.

Credit Policy: EconoBags requires payment upfront before the order ships.  Terms are available but subject to approval by EconoBags
